We are a boutique, female-owned talent management company dedicated to helping actors build lasting, meaningful careers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Manager to join our team as an independent contractor.

This is a unique opportunity for a professional who is passionate about talent development and has a proven track record in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a deep understanding of the casting landscape and strong relationships with casting directors and agents.

Responsibilities:
Scout, sign, and develop a roster of talented actors.

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through career decisions, training, and professional development.

Proactively pitch clients for suitable projects across film, television, and commercials.

Maintain open and consistent communication with actors, agents, and casting directors.

Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and casting needs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a talent manager or a similar role within the entertainment industry.

A strong network of industry contacts, including casting directors, agents, and producers.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

A keen eye for spotting and developing talent.

The ability to work independently and manage a diverse roster of clients.

Familiarity with industry-standard software and platforms.

This is a commission-based role, offering the flexibility of a contractor position with the support of our established company. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to nurturing talent and building authentic, long-term relationships.
