We are a full service talent management and production company. We keep small rosters and a lot of personal attention for each client.
I'm looking for someone that will co-manage my existing clients and ideally also have a few of their own clients they want to bring. Someone that is passionate about helping their clients reach their goals and that has experience in the industry. An experienced talent manager or a talent agent moving to management. Looking for long term person that wants to grow with the company.
Work is remote. Generous commission split.
It is important that you are self motivated as I'm not a micro manager and we work from home mostly. Looking for someone that is detail oriented, diligent, communicative. And most importantly a kind person.
We cover all the overhead expenses:
- Submission sites(NY and LA breakdowns)
- Assistants. We have two full-time assistants that cover the whole day, send out emails to talent, do submissions, etc. that you will have access to. This is why I'm really looking for someone that is good at pitching especially.
- Monthly stipend of $200 for client and potential client meetings/network events.
If you have your own client list that's great, but ideally a small list. We have talent that you will be able to co-manage right away.
Must:
-Self-starter and independent.
-Be versed in TV/Film arena.
-Have relationship with talent agents, networks, CD's, executives, etc;
-Good at pitching on the phone.
This job is perfect for an agent looking to move to the management side or an experience talent manager that wants more freedom and access to trained assistants in addition to all overhead expenses paid. As well as having access to talent right away that you can co-manage.
Salary: Commission
