Talent Manager

Los Angeles based Talent Management and Production Company is looking for an aggressive, entrepreneurial self-starter to come on as a Talent Manager based in Australia with plan to open an official office there and develop that talent roster accordingly. Position will be fully commission based with long-term opportunity to grow with the company and ultimately run that office. Must be good at spotting talent, managing talent business in the entertainment industry, ie networking, event management, film and tv roles/sourcing, contracts, endorsements, marketing/brand strategy, commercials, Breakdowns, casting sites, social media etc. Production experience is also vital, as well as current roster or ability to build one easily.

Looking for the right skill set with an interest in being trained and being successful. The right fit will be a ''don't take no'' attitude. Must be comfortable within an entrepreneurial environment and initially job will be remote (working from home office), and will be involved in locating and setting up the remote office there when things return to ''normal'' -- while simultaneously building an approved key talent roster.
