Seeking a talent manager to work in a small and dynamic firm with exposure to all aspects of the entertainment industry.
The position is best suited for a multitasker able to stay organized and maintain attention to detail and composure while working in an unpredictable and fast paced environment. Customer service skills are key as the job requires working with a wide range of personalities with much direct client and talent interaction.
Duties include handling a high volume of email and phone calls, intricate client scheduling, and cultivating and nurturing client and talent relationships.
Experience in the entertainment and/or service industries preferred, but willing to groom the right candidate. This is a full time in person position at an office in Boston.
