Search for Talent Manager jobs in Los Angeles-CA
*OPEN TO PART TIME FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
Owner of a new, boutique talent management company is seeking a co-manager to team up and work with in bringing in clients and taking the business to the next level. This is a COMMISSION ONLY job so please only apply if you have an existing roster and are confident in your abilities and your relationships.
While the job of a talent manager never ends, I understand if you need a 2nd job in order to supplement your income. But with that said, I am looking for someone who is serious and passionate about this industry, takes initiative, isn't above learning and growing and has a positive, go-getter attitude.
We specialize primarily in the unscripted space, including on-camera personalities, influencers and brands - and with that, comes opportunities to develop/pitch show ideas, branded content campaigns, etc. Open to building in other areas as well.
This is essentially a work-from-home position, although would require in-person at least once or twice a week.
I come from several years managing in the industry and am looking for the right person to bring on board, who isn't afraid to put themselves out there and make things happen. Please send me your resume and explain in detail why you are the right person for this job.
You MUST:
- Have reliable transportation and a valid DL.
- Live in LA/surrounding areas.
- Have at least 3 years experience as an agent or talent manager (jr. agent/manager or related position OK), with an existing talent roster.
- Be able to attend showcases, industry events and potential meetings.
- Have your own laptop .
- Be up to speed with digital and social media industry trends - this includes familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies.
- Have excellent written and verbal skills.
PLUS:
- Experience with and access to video editing software ie. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut.
- Experience with website development.
