Talent Manager - Theatre Division

Management Company is expanding our management team and looking to bring on an experienced Talent Manager specializing in Theatre.

We represent a diverse roster of clients across television, film, digital, and now growing our focus within the Theatre industry. We are looking for a passionate and motivated manager with strong knowledge and experience in theatrical representation - including Broadway, national tours, regional theatre, and international productions.

Responsibilities:

Actively manage and grow a roster of theatre clients (actors, creatives, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, producers, theaters, and agencies
Submit clients for theatre projects and negotiate deals
Develop career strategies tailored to each client's goals
Collaborate with agents, attorneys, and other industry professionals
Stay current with trends and opportunities in the theatre industry

Requirements:

2+ years of talent management or agency experience in the Theatre sector
Strong understanding of the theatre landscape, including union guidelines (Equity, AGMA, SAG-AFTRA crossover)
Existing relationships with theatre industry professionals strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player

Compensation: Commission-based with strong growth potential.
