Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, highly organized Talent Manager with at least 2+ years of experience managing digital creators, influencers, actors, musicians, or entertainers. The ideal candidate comes with a book of business and active clients, as well as existing relationships with brands, agencies, and platforms. You'll work closely with our roster to develop long-term strategies, secure brand deals, negotiate contracts, and expand opportunities across digital, entertainment, and live platforms.
This position is currently remote, with plans to open a collaborative office space soon. Must be comfortable working independently and communicating across time zones.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop a roster of artists, creators, and entertainers
• Strategize with clients on their short-term and long-term career goals, ensuring alignment with brand, content, and platform growth
• Work closely with the internal team to identify and execute crossover opportunities from digital to traditional entertainment (TV, film, publishing, etc.)
• Secure and negotiate brand partnerships, licensing opportunities, sponsorships, and appearances
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, agencies, and brands
• Develop career strategies, content calendars, and monetization plans
• Source new talent and assist in onboarding process
• Collaborate with legal, PR, creative, and marketing teams on behalf of clients
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, audience growth, and revenue metrics
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging talent

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in talent management, digital media, music, entertainment, or influencer marketing
• Proven book of business with active or recent clients (digital creators, musicians, actors, etc.)
• Strong relationships with brand reps, agencies, and digital platforms
• Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Comfortable with negotiation, contracts, and campaign management

Preferred but Not Required
• Experience in music management, licensing, and/or managing acting careers and entertainment platform deals
• Background in social media strategy or content marketing
• Familiarity with platforms like CreatorIQ, HubSpot, Aspire, or similar influencer marketing tools
