Talent Manager- Youth Division
Children's Division | New York (Fully Remote, but must live in or within driving distance to NY)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Agent / Talent Manager with prior experience working in the New York market to support and manage day-to-day operations within our Youth division.
This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must already understand the fundamentals of youth representation, casting workflows, and industry platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced industry environment.
This is a fully remote position, with bi-weekly remote meetings .
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
• Manage talent availability, holds, bookings, and releases while maintaining clear communication with clients and casting.
• Correspond daily with talent, parents, and clients to coordinate schedules and booking details.
• Support management of youth roster with professionalism and discretion.
Submissions & Casting Platforms
• Review, upload, and submit talent materials via platforms such as Casting Networks and other specified systems.
• Edit and update talent portfolios, images, measurements, and submissions as needed.
• Track submissions, callbacks, and booking status.
Administration & Systems.
• Prepare and track invoice information in coordination with the accounting department.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent files, images, and documentation.
Industry Support
• Assist with scouting efforts.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Previous experience working in the New York children's market for commericals, print, and film/tv (agency, casting office, production, or similar capacity).
• Working knowledge of casting workflows, availability management, and booking processes.
• Familiarity with Casting.com, Breakdown Services, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, and Casit It Talent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly parent-facing.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without extensive training.
