Talent Manager Assistant

This is a Part Time Job

Looking for a part time assistant (with the potential of becoming full time eventually) at a talent management company in Los Angeles that represents stars as well as developmental actors, writers and directors. The job will entail rolling calls, scheduling, dealing with clients, talent scouting, setting travel, etc. While we would like someone with experience it is more important for us to find someone with the personality and initiative needed for this line of work. Historically we have always promoted within the company so applicants interested in becoming a talent manager someday should apply. Employee will receive immense amounts of first hand experience (will listen in on calls, be a part of the deals being made, etc) that will be valuable to anyone wanting to become a talent representative themselves. There will be lots of room to grow here. While you will potentially be needed in person this job will primarily be work from home (there will be no permanent days of the week you are required to come into the office. The only times you would be needed in person would be for specific tasks like helping on a clients shoot or something of that nature).
