Talent Agency looking for a Talent Manager & Children's Talent Manager.

We're looking for an experienced Talent Manager & Children's Talent Manager. Must have some hands-on experience, and connections in the industry.

This is a commission only position with an excellent opportunity for a Manager who is interested in the industry and is looking to represent Talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with industry professionals, recruit, train, and develop talent. Experience the process of contributing to the creative process .We represent Talent in: Theatrical, Voiceover, Commercial, Influencers, Models, Singers. Get some hands-on experience, with the advantage of cross training in the other departments.

The candidate must have excellent phone skills, a ''can do!'' attitude, and a pleasant demeanor.
Applicants must be very dependable, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements and Duties
• Develop and maintain a roster of children
• Constant recruiting
• Assisting Talent with self tape auditions, demo reels
• Submit children to projects that match their profile.
• Ensure work permits are current
• Must be proficient with working on computers
