NY Based Talent Management company is looking for an exceptional, motivated and detailed oriented assistant to aide and support Talent Managers and President in a busy office representing Film, Television & Theater clients.
SEEKING:
-An experienced assistant with 1-2 years of experience at an agency, management, casting and/or production company
-Someone interested in a career within representation and willing to make the commitment with ample room for growth within the company
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Excellent verbal/written communicator with keen attention to detail, strong conflict-resolution, quick decision-making skills, positive ''can do attitude''
-General Knowledge of the entertainment industry landscape and key players
-Ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment, extremely organized and able to balance competing priorities, and handle highly confidential information
-Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Video Editing
-Knowledge of Breakdown Services and InEntertainment a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Administrative support, being the point person for inbound and outbound requests; heavy scheduling, connecting & rolling calls, note-taking and up-keeping internal documents
• Track incoming submissions, read material, and provide coverage
-Managing office inventory, calendar management, mail, and other departmental administrative tasks as needed.
-Uploading and Cutting Tapes, keeping track and updating client materials
-Assisting the teams as needed, supporting client rosters, schedules, appointments and tracking projects
