A well regarded, fast paced, bi-coastal talent management company is seeking a new assistant for its LA branch to support three managers, including the president and vice president. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Coordinating appointments with clients and casting offices
-Heavy scheduling for both managers and clients
-Managing company calendar and coordinating meetings & event itineraries
-Facilitating client travel and generating detailed travel memos
-Scouting emerging talent
-Office management and upkeep
-Hiring and supervising the company internship program
We are looking for a person who is passionate about a career in talent management and who is interested in growing within the company. We would ideally someone with 1-2 years of experience in the agency/ management field. Knowledge in InEntertainment, Breakdown Express and Casting Networks is preferred, but not a requirement.
