Well-established Bicoastal Boutique Management company seeks experienced executive assistant ready to take the next step in a career in representation.
Must be comfortable with a hybrid of both in-person and work from home at the current moment (currently it will be heavier work from home but will be beginning a transition into in-office in the upcoming months).
Responsibilities include client submissions (So knowledge and familiarity with Breakdowns is a must), providing administrative and client support, and office admin duties along with assisting the owner of the company with personal needs.
Additional duties include pitching to casting offices, coordinating directly with agents, attending special events and showcases on behalf of the company, and scouting potential talent.
Ideal candidates should have at least one year on a desk at an agency or management company and the end goal of becoming a talent manager as you could be hired on as a junior manager.
Knowledge of Apple products & operating systems, Dropbox/Vimeo, In Entertainment, and experience with Quicktime/editing a must.
