Assistant to Talent Manager & Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support: Efficiently manage clerical tasks, phone communications, email correspondence, digital and physical file organization, document drafting, scheduling, and external business liaison duties for both company and executive needs.
Sales & Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to outreach efforts by drafting marketing materials, designing visuals, creating pitch decks, conducting research, crafting compelling artist bios, video editing, social media engagement, and website updates to promote client success and identify prospective talent.
Personal Assistance to CEO: Handle a variety of personal tasks requiring discretion and efficiency, such as infrequent errands (dry cleaning, shopping), mailings, light tidying, personal document management, and communication with service providers. Create invoices and materials for other businesses pertaining to CEO.

Benefits of Joining Our Team:
Initial in-office training with a transition to a hybrid remote work model (as much as 50% remote, when agreed upon with the CEO). Our office is on the east side of Los Angeles.
Flexible hours (if agreed upon with the CEO).
Up to 40 hours per week with competitive hourly pay. Not more than 40 hours a week.
3% matching 401K.
