An established Talent Manager/Producer is seeking a sharp, creative, and highly organized Talent Assistant to support day-to-day responsibilities in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.

*MUST be based in NYC

Key Responsibilities:

Submit Actors on Breakdown Express and Spotlight

Assemble and edit actors' reels using basic film editing software (iMovie, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)

Update IMDb profiles and company website with current credits and client news

Write and refine actor bios, pitch materials, and character breakdowns

Assist in the development of pitches for talent, projects, and packaging opportunities

Maintain and update client databases (Google Sheets, Drive folders, internal trackers)

Manage a submission grid to track talent availability, project status, and casting opportunities

Organize and manage digital files across Google Drive and shared documents

Provide occasional administrative and scheduling support

Occasional script coverage-reading and assessing a script's creative and business merits

Create, update, and maintain Social Media Platforms

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE prior Management or Agency Experience. Can also have completed Internship at Management or Agency.

Ability to think quick and improvise

Excellent, Reading, Writing, copy-editing and critical thinking skills

Strong interest in entertainment-particularly talent management, film, or television production

Basic film editing experience; resourceful and capable with tools like iMovie, Final Cut, or Adobe Premiere

Excellent writing and copy-editing skills (bios, blurbs, breakdowns)

Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Exceptionally organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Bonus: Familiarity with IMDbPro, Canva, Dropbox, and/or social media platforms

Availability Requirements:

Must be available to check casting breakdowns on Los Angeles (PST) time
