OVERVIEW: Provide administrative, talent and branding support to Principal at boutique celebrity and influencer- based Management firm representing over 100 notable clients. This is not just a job but a career opportunity to gain a foothold in this arena with growth potential. Must be a strong liaison and interface for clients, managers, attorneys, brands, ad agencies, PR firms and more. For the right candidate this golden opportunity could to lead to fast-track path to Agent.

Able to handle sensitive and highly confidential information with utmost discretion
Maintain a calm demeanor while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
Stay steps ahead and plan for challenging circumstances that may arise
Exceptional interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with talent, brands and casting personnel
Strong professional written communication and outstanding organizational skills

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily support of client pitching efforts to ad agencies, PR firms, brands and more
Manage client brand deal executions and logistics
Maintain agency's social media presence for all platforms including Facebook, IG, LI, and Twitter
Support backend operations
Maintain client materials and files
Assist with accounting and invoicing
1/3 of time pitching and outreach to brands and buyers, pitching clients to brand briefs and talent searches
1/3 of time client deal involvement and execution
1/3 of time back-office management, including hiring and managing interns, creating pitch materials and invoicing
SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS/HOURS
2 years-experience from a talent agency, management firm or advertising/marketing firm
Demonstrated ability with social platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs/Slides/Sheets Canva and Airtable a +
COMPENSATION
$75K plus commissionable bonus structure
5 days a week: 1-2 Hybrid days with ability to work remotely and 3-4 days in office, 9:30 - 6:30 or 9:00 - 6:00
