Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Talent Agent / Booker to join our team full-time. This is a commission-based role with a high commission split, ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, relationship-focused, and passionate about talent development and bookings.

You will have the opportunity to build and manage your own roster while working within an established agency brand and support system.

Responsibilities

Scout, sign, and develop new talent

Manage and grow a roster of models/talent

Submit talent for castings, bookings, and projects

Build and maintain relationships with clients, casting directors, and industry professionals

Negotiate bookings and contracts

Guide talent through career development and branding

Collaborate with internal team to grow agency presence and revenue

Requirements

Previous experience in talent, modeling, casting, booking, or related industry preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Highly organized and self-motivated

Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable working commission-only

Ability to work independently while being a team player

Passion for talent development and the entertainment/fashion industry
