This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Talent Agent in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you have a passion for talent representation and have experience in the industry, we'd love to hear from you! We will also consider agency assistants, talent managers, and casting directors with strong industry experience who are looking to transition into agenting.

Key Responsibilities:
Representing talent and negotiating contracts on their behalf
Working with Breakdown Services to submit talent for casting calls
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, casting directors, producers, and any other industry professionals
Managing multiple client accounts and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner
Negotiating and securing the best possible deals for clients
Being available on weekends and after hours when needed
Collaborating with team members while also working independently to meet deadlines

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in the entertainment industry as an agent, manager, or in casting
Proficiency with Breakdown Services is required
Exceptional negotiating skills with the ability to close deals successfully
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering results
Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail is a must
Willingness to be on-call some weekends and after hours

Salary/Benefits:
Commensurate with experience
Commission-based position with a generous split
