Talent Agent Associate

A leading talent agency is seeking a Talent Agent Associate to support our Commercial Division. This role is ideal for a highly organized, motivated individual with prior experience in a commercial talent agency who is interested in learning the business and supporting a team of agents.

As a Talent Agent Associate, you'll work to help manage client submissions, coordinate auditions, and facilitate communication between talent, agents, and industry professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a reputable agency.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience at a commercial talent agency
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Interest in talent representation and a collaborative work ethic

Key Responsibilities:

Assist agents with day-to-day client management
Coordinate audition materials, submissions, and scheduling
Track bookings and maintain accurate records
Liaise with casting offices, production companies, and clients
Help scout and track emerging talent
