Full service model and talent agency is seeking a driven, detail-obsessed, and highly organized Talent Assistant to join our team and support our agents in the day-to-day operations of talent representation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the entertainment or fashion industry and eager to grow within the world of commercial and print talent management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a natural problem-solver, and values both efficiency and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to talent agents-including managing emails, scheduling, and phone communications using tools like Syngency and Casting Networks
Assist in onboarding new talent, ensuring profiles are complete and up to agency standards
Keep client materials current and organized, including headshots, résumés, comp cards, and portfolios
Prepare and process essential backend documents such as check authorization forms, Coogan accounts, work permits, and accounting paperwork
Act as a liaison between clients, casting directors, photographers, and producers-handling audition notices, bookings, and self-tape requests with professionalism and clarity
Track auditions, callbacks, and bookings in real-time, keeping calendars up to date and clients informed
Coordinate and confirm details for shoots, fittings, and travel logistics
Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and payments in collaboration with our accounting department
Stay up to date on industry trends and proactively research new opportunities for talent placement
Support agency marketing initiatives, including social media and promotional content
We're looking for someone who can support marketing efforts through strong graphic design and video editing skills.
Attend agency events and contribute to team-wide success wherever needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in talent management, casting, fashion, or related industries (internships welcome!)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
Familiar with industry-standard platforms like Casting Networks, Syngency, and CRM tools
Tech-savvy with strong spreadsheet and file management skills
Professional, resourceful, and cool under pressure
Understanding of commercial/print modeling or on-camera acting is a major plus
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
