Talent Agent Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Reputable Los Angeles Talent Agency looking to hire a full-time Agent Assistant to work closely with the Director of Adult Theatrical & Commercial Talent. This position is responsible for handling and directing phone calls and emails with clients, casting, and managers. Various duties also include maintaining a schedule, basic data entry, uploading self-tape auditions, and pitching clients. Ideal candidate would have prior agency experience, with knowledge of Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, and Castlt.

Candidate must have strong time management, is very organized, and has exceptional interpersonal skills.

Please note that this is NOT a remote position. Must be able to work from the office in Hollywood M-F 9:30a.m. - 6 p.m.

This position has great growth potential. Looking for someone who has a passion for TV/Film, Commercials, Live Theatre and is looking to start a career in this field. This is NOT a position for someone pursuing acting.

Salary: 45k annually + health benefits
