Full Time Job
Mid-sized bi-coastal talent agency is seeking an assistant for our Dance and Young Peoples Department. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering phones and emails, updating, sending and confirming auditions and appointments and maintaining client materials, scheduling appointments, client relations, and some social media. This is a great opportunity for a passion driven individual interested in the talent representation side of the entertainment industry. Applicants should also be client-oriented and possess strong communication/phone skills when working with industry professionals. Also looking for someone who is inspired and can thrive in a fast paced and busy office environment.
Qualifications:
Experience working (Or interning) at a talent agency, management company, or casting office is preferred but not required.
Applicants should possess excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, Filemaker Pro, Canva. Familiarity working with Actors Access/Breakdowns Express & Casting Networks is also a plus.
Great Communication skills and energy. People-oriented, reliable and organized within a fast paced, busy office environment and who works well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing a high volume of emails and phone calls, Sending / Confirming Auditions and Appointments Maintaining client materials, Scheduling meetings, managing calendars Assisting agents through booking process, New client paperwork, Social media posting, Attending Dance Auditions/Events.
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm
