We are an established Staffing Agency seeking a Talent Payment Coordinator for our client, an Entertainment Talent Agency. This position is in person, in office. All candidates must be local to the Los Angeles area.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Ensuring clients are paid in accordance with contracts
• Confirming agency commission is collected
• Coordinating with clients and staff to acquire needed information
• Pursuing and securing collection of payments for clients
• Work closely with agents, clients, managers, attorneys, and studios
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business-related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in Entertainment Industry
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office: (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Able to handle and keep sensitive information confidential
