Boutique Talent Agency is seeking a associate to support agency in production and distribution legal. This is a fast paced talent agency where associates will draft, engage with clients directly and be directly involved film, television, theater and lit departments working on behalf of agency clients. Room for growth and promotion based on performance.

Seeking an associate with the following qualifications:

* Either in house or law firm experience of at least 2 years in production legal (film or tv), distribution legal (sales agency agreements, distribution agreements).

* Member of New York bar.

* Proficient in drafting transaction documents, able to review and analyze business terms for film/television theater and lit transactions, detail oriented, able to project manage, excel in communicating with clients and team members.
