An international studio with 15 shows in production, is seeking Summer 2021 interns for a remote, unpaid position through our Beverly Hills office. Interns will learn about film, television and podcast development and production.
Responsibilities will mostly include coverage (script, book, podcast, format, etc.), research, etc. We will help develop skills necessary for a career in development which include script analysis, how to give notes, how to pitch a project, etc. As the position is remote, all duties are able to be completed online and from anywhere, so interns do not need to be local to Los Angeles.
The internship runs for the duration of the individual's summer semester. Looking for people to start ASAP but are flexible on start/end dates but we do require at least 2 full days a week (9a-6p PST). These hours are guidelines so that we know who to reach out to for assignments.
Additionally, there will be 1-hour group Zoom meetings every other week for all of the interns to have face time with each other and with our head of development and two coordinators. During this time we'll discuss the projects we are working on, industry news and answer any questions that our interns might have.
