Our agency seeks Analyst-level candidates to join its Strategic Planning group. Candidates must be motivated, extremely detail oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills and a desire to learn corporate, entertainment and media businesses at a high level. This is a very demanding environment with excellent opportunities to work with many of the top people in the industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software is mandatory. References required.
SUMMARY
The Strategic Planning department is responsible for business development for corporate, entertainment and media clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create financial models for studio, independent and other film projects
2. Provide strategic and analytical guidance to the agency and its clients by researching, evaluating and implementing business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures and other organic business initiatives
3. Create presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Financial modeling experience
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
3. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external partners and clients
4. The ability to thrive in a collaborative, team environment
5. The ability to foster strong internal and external business relationships
6. Knowledge of the entertainment industry
7. The ability to drive multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
