With a massive global social footprint (over 50M across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X), the studio connects with fans
worldwide and is building its popular IP into a broad franchise universe.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Manager, Social Media to lead global social media initiatives and bring beloved characters and stories to life across multiple platforms. This role will develop and execute strategies that strengthen brand awareness, deepen fan
engagement, and support business objectives across consumer products, content, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will be highly strategic, balance creative vision with data-driven insights, and have the ability to connect authentically with audiences around the
world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Collaborate with global digital teams to coordinate content assets and ensure platform
alignment.
- Partner cross-functionally with consumer products, content, creative, and licensing
teams, as well as distribution partners, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Manage the editorial calendar and oversee planning/execution of social campaigns.
- Oversee creation of engaging content across platforms (text, images, video).
- Write copy for organic posts, paid advertising, and online promotions.
- Review and approve social media materials for use by partners/licensees.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and provide insights/recommendations.
- Manage influencer campaigns and build relationships with key social media creators.
- Foster online communities through active engagement and audience interaction.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (MBA a
plus).
- 5-7 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related role
(influencer marketing, community management, cross-platform campaigns a plus).
- Expertise in social media platforms and campaign optimization; familiarity with tools like
Sprout and Notion.
- Proven track record in developing and managing online branding, content strategies,
and creative assets.
- Skilled at balancing strategy, creativity, data-driven decision-making, and execution.
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams and time
zones.

$85,000.00

per year
