Intern Position For Established Television Production Co. In Sherman Oaks
APPLICANTS MUST BE SEEKING COLLEGE CREDITS.
IN LIGHT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ALL INTERVIEWS WILL BE DONE VIA SKYPE OR ZOOM AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PERFORM YOUR INTERNSHIP WORKING FROM HOME. We have opened up our guidelines and are now accepting out of state applicants.
We are looking for someone who is positive, self-motivated, punctual, and a team player. Good writing and editing skills are a big plus. Multitasking, good problem solver, a sense of humor, and a willingness to learn in a fast paced, growing environment, are key to this position! The right candidate will be working closely with the executive producer and will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of production and pre-production.
What the internship entails:
Media management, Social Media, digitizing/editing, research for treatments, writing, assisting in casting, phone calls, coordinating talent and crew, some correspondence, etc.
Please list the programs you are comfortable working with in your cover letter.
And why you would like to intern for a television production company.
Candidates must be available to commit to a regular schedule of a minimum of 2 to 3 days a week for a 3-month period. After the 3 months if the candidate has what it takes to work in production, then they will be considered to be hired on.
