Spring Intern - to Producer

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

DESCRIPTION:
Intern Applicant We need someone ASAP, Pre-Development Must live in Los Angeles; this is not a remote job work is in the office.

script coverage is very important and key to finding the right projects. We are looking for interns with coverage and writing backgrounds. This is not a remote work-from-home. Must be able to communicate and collaborate well.

Immediate start date. We have projects we are working on now.

Experience is a plus: Confidence, Contribution, and Problem-solving are the most important skills

Ideal Candidate:
• Is organized, focused, and reliable
• Wants to learn rapidly about the industry through the eyes of a Producer.
• Great opportunity for writers.
• Movie Magic, Canva, or Quickbooks great. Final Draft a must.
Animation background is a welcome skill. Experience with decks.

Responsibilities Include:
• Reading and providing written coverage of spec script submissions
• General office tasks
• Final Draft editing and Proofreading scripts.

Time Commitment:
6-8 hrs./week, 2 days/week, etc.
Preferably Monday/Tuesday, Tuesday/Wednesday, Wednesday/Thursday, or Thursday/ Friday.

Workplace:
At the Production company based in Laurel Canyon.
