Internship Start Date/Season: Spring 2024
Internship Duration: 3-4 Months
Time/Days Required: 2 days minimum per week. 10 AM - 5PM IN PERSON
Workplace Requirements:
• A passion and curiosity for the Entertainment Industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills, while understanding the confidentiality
• 2-3 days minimum a week at our office in Burbank. Office Hours: 10AM - 5PM
• Students actively enrolled in college. There are no restrictions on declared majors, degree program, or course of study. (Unpaid / Academic credit offered)
What You Will Do
• Assisting various divisions - TV/Film, Commercial, Print, Voice-Over, and Social Media with the day-today tasks. You will have the opportunity to work with agents, assistants, and talent. It is an excellent experience on how a Hollywood agency works!
• Various Clerical tasks which include responding to emails, updating Casting sites, uploading resumes and photos, social media research, updating Voice-Over skill sheets on Excel, organizing data in SharePoint, and sitting in on talent meetings with potential clients
• Forwarding Fan Mail to talent
