Spring Intern - Photography

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to build real experience within a fast-paced agency environment, working directly with new faces and developing talent.

About the Role

You'll assist in capturing and producing clean, agency-standard imagery used for model development, submissions, and internal boards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye, technical curiosity, and interest in fashion, casting, and talent.

What You'll Do
Shoot digitals (polaroid's) for new and developing models
Assist on simple test shoots and in-office sessions
Help with lighting setup and basic studio organization
Retouch and prep images for submissions (light editing only)
Support the team with content creation for internal use and social
Assist with general creative and day-to-day agency needs
Who You Are
Strong interest in fashion, photography, and modeling
Basic knowledge of camera operation and natural lighting
Comfortable directing people and giving simple posing guidance
Detail-oriented with a clean, modern aesthetic
Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
Positive, professional, and collaborative
Skills (Preferred)
Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
Basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop or similar tools
Familiarity with model digitals / agency standards is a plus
Canva or content editing tools are a bonus

Internship (college credit preferred, if applicable)
2-3 days per week (flexible based on schedule)
