POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our interns will assist in all areas of the company. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Learning how to put together media lists
• Learning how to draft pitches and press releases
• Creating / Maintaining client press trackers
• Learning PR software tools Cision, MuckRack for PR client lists
• Identifying brand partnerships
• Team Brainstorming
• Attending client events as needed for support (Comic-Con, Film Screenings)
• Proofreading and copyediting
• Learn how to research reporters
• Update press reports, and memos for client offers and weekly reporting
• Monitor Awards coverage, calendars, and deadlines
• Learn how to pitch outlets and add top teir links to your portfolio of film / TV PR work

QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Public Relations, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field or graduate.
Familiarity with Google Workplace and Zoom
Strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote environment.
Available during the Pacific Standard time zones
Must own a cell phone and computer
Remote Los Angeles but also open to other states

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, 10am - 3:00pm PST
Duration: March - June
