Social Media Manager

We are an award-winning Television and Film production company with projects currently on some of the biggest streaming services in the world. We are looking for a talented Social media manager to run our social media accounts.
The ideal candidate is hungry to grow in the industry, has a ''can-do'' attitude, and lives and breathes all things social media. We are looking for someone who is creative when it comes to making content and can also think outside the box to get that content to reach large audiences.
We want a go-getter who knows all the ins and outs of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, etc. They should know what's trending at any given time, and how to make engaging content that fits those trends.
The candidate needs to have terrific self-organization skills and can work well under pressure. We are a very friendly team and we like to have fun working together, but often we are on tight deadlines with large objectives and the ideal candidate needs to be able to perform in those situations.
The position is on a monthly contract basis, starting in the $2500-3500/month range depending on experience. This company has tons of room to grow and for rates to eventually rise with success. This is a remote position, though there is potential for possible in-person events in the future.
-Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
-Find partnerships and collabs with other influencers and companies that fit our brand
-Provide social media assets for all of our film and television productions in accordance with network guidelines and style guides
-Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
-Design and implement social media strategy to align with company goals
-Set specific objectives and report on ROI
-Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
-Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
-Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
-Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
-Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
-Proven work experience as a Social media manager
-Hands on experience in content management
-Excellent copywriting skills
-Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
-Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
-Knowledge of online marketing channels
-Familiarity with web design
-Excellent communication skills
-Analytical and multitasking skills
This is a fully remote position for now.
