Social Media Manager for Metal Band/Content Creator

This is a Part Time Job

A part-time Social Media Manager based in Los Angeles to help create and execute engaging content across all major platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who:
• Lives in LA and can meet in-person at least once a week to film fun, creative videos while the band is off tour
• Has strong video editing skills (short-form especially)
• Understands current social media trends and how to tailor content for each platform
• Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys contributing new ideas
• Is familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.

Responsibilities include:
• Filming and editing short-form content
• Developing creative concepts that fit the band's personality and brand
• Managing posting schedules across all platforms
• Tracking performance and recommending improvements
• Assisting with fan engagement and community management as needed

Requirements:
• LA-based with a vehicle for occasional in-person work
• Strong video editing skills
• Understanding of trending formats, meme culture, audio trends, etc.
• Experience managing social media for brands, artists, or influencers preferred
