Royal Braun is a search firm working with some of the most innovative brands helping them find key creative talent.
Our client is a pioneering, market-leading eCommerce company transforming their brand image by investing in a creative studio in DTLA (at The Row).
This studio will support their world class customer experience while telling their story in a contemporary, emotion-oriented fashion. Talking social.
First, they plan to identify highly engaged audiences across owned channels by developing interest-based content tailored to that audience. Then they'll establish a visually consistent, top-of-mind presence that triggers surprise and delight.
They want a Social Media Editor to play a key role on this growing team to drive story and content across channels.
-You will collaborate on content development and lead posting across social platforms (focusing on Twitter and Facebook).
-You will organize and keep managed all social and creative content assets.
-You will manage social content calendars across channels.
-You will bring innovative ideas for new storytelling formats, treatments, filters, etc.
-You will manage a team of freelance artists contributing content/creative assets.
-You will help design and write new creative assets and post production for all social mixed-media creative.
-You will edit channel creative and copy to hit performance targets.
-You will research audience preferences and discover current trends.
-You will suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
-You will report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
-You will develop and execute partner social sharing plans with partnerships, merchandising and biz dev teams.
Requirements:
-Must have Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
-Must have strong writing chops and proven attention to brand voice
-Editorial experience a plus
-Min 3 years experience
