The Job:
This is an upper-level position at a rapidly growing Podcast Company. The position requires someone to manage all of our social media platforms and analyze analytics. We want to continue to increase engagement on social media and post daily.
Responsibilities:
• Create, curate, and manage all published content across platforms
• Create social media plan focusing on brand awareness, customer retention, site traffic, promoting sales and propelling the brand
• Develop influencer strategy
• Maintain compelling visual branding across all social channels in unity with site content
• Identify opportunities for cross-promotions
• Create a social media editorial calendar
• Monitor effective benchmarks and best practices for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
• Compile social media reports
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in social media and influencer strategy
• Experience in the podcast space (preferred)
• Graphic Design experience a plus
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Excellent writing skills
• Working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics
