Media/Live Event Company seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media Director and Creator to promote our upcoming ticket sales for our upcoming women's sports competition and associated associated live stream
This position starts immediately and runs until early January, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. Part-time with
flexible hours.
Position Overview:
As the Social Media Director and Creator, you will be responsible for developing and
executing our social media strategy, with a focus on live and sporting events. This is a
part-time position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and
success of our events through innovative social media initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our
live and sporting events.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media
platforms.
• Manage and grow our social media channels, fostering a strong community of
followers.
• Coordinate with event organizers to capture and share behind-the-scenes
content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our
social media presence.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies
.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate compelling content.
• Passion for live sporting events, familiarity with gymnastics is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during live events.
