An independent television production company seeks an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing professional for a television franchise. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategy and ensuring brand integrity.
Potential candidate MUST have substantial knowledge and experience surrounding social media marketing, particularly Instagram, social media analytics and must be able to lead social media vision fin collaboration with the global brand. This position reports directly to the President, Worldwide Brand.
Responsibilities
· Lead, develop and execute social strategy for Instagram to maximize success on KPIs. Includes managing posting schedule, asset development and creation, social optimization and analytical reporting.
· Communicate and advise vision and recommend social media growth strategies and content performance utilizing key analytics and data points.
· Develop/implement results measurement and monitoring frameworks to show ROI.
· Lead social media as the subject matter expert and demonstrate understanding of new avenues for testing, keeping a pulse on the social media channels overall.
· Oversee existing programs and brainstorm new strategies/programs for social media & content development with external partners - including, but not limited to, mobile gaming, brand licensees and the television network.
· Coordinate and communicate with internal brand and publicity teams to leverage potential amplification opportunities.
· Create internal processes and guidelines for social media strategy and best practices, as needed.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree recommended and 4+ years professional social media experience
· Significant knowledge and strategic insights about social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
· Experience with online marketing, social analytics tools and native insights
· Entertainment industry experience preferred
· Detail-oriented and analytical
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
