Senior Talent Attorney

We are seeking a senior-level transactional entertainment attorney with 10 or more years of experience advising and representing creative talent in the film, television, streaming and endorsement spaces. The successful candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong deal instincts, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to firm clients.

Ideal candidates will have a background at an entertainment law firm representing above-the-line talent or substantial in-house or production-side legal/business affairs experience on scripted television and film projects, including meaningful responsibility for negotiating and drafting complex talent, producer and rights agreements.

This is a long-term opportunity for a seasoned attorney who is eager to work at an elite transactional entertainment boutique, take ownership of client relationships, handle matters independently, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in entertainment law.
• Active membership in the California or New York Bar.
• Demonstrated expertise negotiating and drafting high-level entertainment agreements.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding workload and multiple concurrent matters with sound judgment and discretion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure.
• Strong client-facing presence and the ability to collaborate effectively with agents, managers, executives, and other industry professionals.
• A sustained commitment to and enthusiasm for representing creative professionals.
