We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO/President of a major entertainment company.
The ideal candidate is a hardworking, positive person who is capable of succeeding in a fast-paced environment. They must be punctual, a self-starter, and respect privacy, as much of the information they will be working on and have access to deals with sensitive information concerning high-profile individuals and projects.
Responsibilities
Scheduling and preparing for meetings and handling calendars for the CEO/President, as well as a master calendar for clients and events.
Managing document files, including creating and maintaining up-to-date master database of projects' status and intellectual properties.
Comprehensive research, tracking what projects are being sold in the marketplace, preparing and organizing material for pitch meetings.
Miscellaneous duties as required, including some personal assistant work.
Work
Multiple deadlines and often later hours may be required to complete multiple deadlines.
Qualifications
3-5 years' experience as a high level administrative assistant or equivalent role.
Strong computer skills.
Strong communication skills
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Must be flexible - an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to change.
Common sense, dependability, discretion, and attention to detail are required.
Must be a self-starter with a team-player attitude and able to follow direction.
Excellent communication skills - written and oral - able to deal with and adapt to different personalities and work styles
Must have a professional and courteous demeanor.
Interest in marketing, books, film, and television a plus.
