Senior Entertainment Attorney - Film Finance / Corporate

We are seeking a senior-level attorney with five or more years of experience representing entertainment companies, producers, financiers, or production entities. Candidates must have a proven track record handling film and television financing transactions, complex corporate structuring for entertainment ventures, and negotiating commercial agreements across the independent and studio landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage film financing transactions including equity, debt, bridge financing, tax credit structures, negative pick-ups, and distribution-related finance agreements
• Negotiate and draft financing, production, corporate, and commercial contracts for entertainment companies
• Advise on entity formation, corporate governance, investment structures, and joint ventures
• Oversee transaction workflows with minimal supervision and coordinate with production counsel, sales agents, lenders, and corporate stakeholders
• Manage client relationships and contribute to firm-wide business development efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum five years experience in entertainment transactional practice with a strong focus on film financing and corporate matters
• Ability to independently manage complex deals from term sheet through closing
• Strong client management skills and the ability to handle high-volume workflows
• Preference will be given to candidates who bring an existing or partial book of business
