Top Beverly Hills management/production company is looking for a Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of accounting/finance experience.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Must possess a high level of Excel modeling experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Payroll experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• Direct report to Controller & CFO
• Work under time-sensitive deadlines
• Monitor daily bank transactions
• General Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Export/import data from/to Microsoft Excel
• Compile data for special reports
• Data analysis and reporting
• Bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements
• Liaise with HR on a regular basis
Qualifications:
• Reliable and dedicated
• Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful
• Completes projects in an accurate and timely manner
• Ability to critically analyze data and processes
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues with minimal supervision
