Security Officer

This is a Full Time Job

We are seeking Professional Security Officers (Male and Female) to become an integral part of our team.

Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.

• Applies knowledge of security and fire/life/safety procedures to assignments of varying complexity.

• Ensures the safety of staff and visitors.

• Operates, monitors and responds to security, fire/life/safety and other systems.

• May complete security logs, reports and othe documentation.

• Communicates effectively on radio and in person.

• Responds and assists in emergecy situations.

• Stays current on all departmental policies and procedures
.
Qualifications:

• Preparedness, integrity, rationality, leader and team player, strong communication skills

• Minimum one (1) year experience in security and/or dispatch.

• Good standing Guard Card.

• CPR/First Aid/ AED certification

Desired but not Required:

• Taser permit

• Baton permit
