We are seeking a Seasoned Celebrity Talent Booker with real, proven relationships, a sharp instinct for deal-making, and the drive to bring in high-caliber opportunities.

The company already has a massive Rolodex and an impressive foundation in place. We're not starting from scratch - we're looking to collaborate with a booker who can complement what's built, bring additional value, and help scale our impact.

- ? Key Responsibilities:

* Bring new premium celebrity talent and brand partnership opportunities to the table using your existing network
* Book and negotiate paid celebrity appearances, campaigns, and special projects
* Work closely with the CEO and team to co-create strategic outreach and activation plans
* Help oversee talent relations, from initial outreach to deal closure and execution
* Participate in internal brainstorms, bringing creative and business-minded solutions

- ? We're Looking For Someone Who:

* Is a seasoned celebrity talent booker or talent producer with authentic industry relationships and booking credits/real references to show for it
* Understands how to pitch premium talent, package deals, and negotiate win-win outcomes
* Is collaborative, trustworthy, and thrives in a team environment
* Is motivated by commission and sees the long game - not just the quick win
* Understands the pace and professionalism required to work with A-list talent
