Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and managing job postings across various platforms.
Support talent acquisition efforts by conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews.
Manage agency relationships and facilitate communication between talent and production.
Utilize social media management skills to enhance our online presence and engage with potential talent.
Maintain organized records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and hiring processes.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

Requirements
Proven experience in talent management or recruiting is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in social media marketing is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
