* Work with executive producer to reshape story structures, enhance character arcs, clarify emotional throughlines, and elevate cliffhangers.
* Perform final text editing on scripts to ensure grammar, tone, dialogue, and style meet platform and audience standards.
* Identify script strengths and weaknesses, and make actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Maintain alignment with platform goals and executive producers' creative direction, offering insights during development, revisions, and final approvals.
* Support script development workflows and offer creative direction when needed.

* Demonstrated script breakdown and integration ability-must be able to identify what works, what doesn't, and how to fix it quickly.
* Strong grasp of episodic structure, pacing for mobile-first formats, and cliffhanger crafting.
* Hands-on experience in script polishing, including grammar, tone, formatting, and pacing.
* A large volume of short drama viewing experience (especially from platforms like Reelshort, Dramabox, Shortmax, etc.).
* Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and collaborate across creative and production teams.
* Previous writing experience in short-form drama is a strong plus.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and currently based in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with ''feel-good/instant payoff'' storytelling or female-centric online fiction.
