3. Network: Ideally, the candidate should have a network of contacts within the film, advertising, or gaming industries, which can help them access decision-makers more easily.
4. Technical Understanding: While they don't need to be VFX artists, they should have a solid understanding of VFX processes, terminology, and the ability to communicate the technical aspects of your services to clients.
