Sales Department Assistant

Broadcasting company looking for an experiences and hardworking Assistant to provide administrative support to our sales department.
* Process clients orders, provide billing assistance, and account maintenance.
* Assistant sales representative in making of sales presentations, marketing materials, media kits, and general administrative tasks.
* Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office programs such as Power Point, Word, and Excel.
* Great organization skills
* Ability to work over time on short notice.
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must be fully bilingual - English / Spanish
