Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and pitch new clients across entertainment, nonprofit, agency, tech, and corporate sectors
• Build creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and outreach
• Create proposals and refine pitch decks with support from our internal team
• Track and report performance metrics, conversion rates, and outreach activity
• Collaborate with CEO on business development planning
• Attend weekly remote team meetings and provide updates

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience
• Strong network of contacts across corporate brands, agencies, or business sectors
• Excellent communication, pitching, and strategic planning skills
• Proven ability to close high-value deals
• Self-starter who works well remotely with minimal oversight
• Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
