Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Sales & Marketing Manager who is hungry to drive sales and build new client relationships. This is a high-commission independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential and the possibility of evolving into a long-term position or strategic partner role based on performance.
You will work directly with our executive team to generate leads, close deals, and create marketing campaigns that align with company goals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong industry relationships who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and pitch new clients across entertainment, nonprofit, agency, tech, and corporate sectors
• Build creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and outreach
• Draft proposals and refine pitch materials with support from our internal team
• Track and report performance metrics, conversion rates, and outreach activity
• Collaborate with VP and CEO on business development planning
• Attend weekly remote team meetings and provide updates

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience (entertainment industry preferred)
• Strong network of contacts across corporate brands, agencies, or talent-related sectors
• Excellent communication, pitching, and strategic planning skills
• Proven ability to close high-value deals
• Self-starter who works well remotely with minimal oversight
• Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
